Please submit your customer support questions or technical issues via the Rocket Customer Portal:

  1. Visit www.rocketsoftware.com/support and login
  2. Click the "Cases" tab and then select "Create Case"
  3. Fill in the fields describing the problem and set the severity level and priority level
  4. Submit the issue by clicking the "Create" button
